Week 3 - Bob and Brad

Shout out to my amazing partner who got me a Bob and Brad mini-massager. It's amazing for post-workout muscle tightness, so thank you! πŸ₯°

Coach says the massager is a nice optional add-on and gave a few hints on how to use it πŸ’ͺ

This week continued the pattern - 3 runs, 25-30-35 minutes, 4.5 mpg, 0.5% incline, average HR around 145 bpm. Easy.

Well, the runs felt easy - beside the runs I was feeling sick this last week. I think I caught some common cold. I also had a very brief knee pain one of those days (outside of running) which passed on its own after a few minutes.

The plan for next week is the same as this week - 3 runs, two clocking in 25-30 minutes and one run up to 35 minutes. Coach also suggests some quad/hip flexor mobility exercises to help strengthen the knees. Will do!
